We will gladly exchange or refund (in original tender) regular-priced, new merchandise within 14 days of the shipping date at our Online Distribution Centre. After this time, an exchange or merchandise credit onto a Merchandise Card will be issued for a period of up to 30 days from the shipping date.

Sale and discounted items can be exchanged or returned for merchandise credit on a Merchandise Card within 14 days of the shipping date at our Online Distribution Centre. To Exchange or Return Items for a Merchandise Credit, please contact Customer Care at 1-866-RosieUn.

Merchandise must not be washed, worn, or damaged. All original tags must be attached and accompanied by a valid receipt.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
All undergarments, swimwear, hosiery, and jewellery are final sale. Unfortunately, no exchanges or returns will be accepted on these items.

Gift Cards may not be redeemed for cash or refunded unless required by law. All returned items that were purchased using a Gift Card will be refunded as merchandise credit onto a Merchandise Card.
